Objectives: to increase the amount of time Catholics give to our parish and other charitable organizations; to increase the participation of the laity in order to transform our parish and engage the secular spheres; to increase financial contributions to our parish and charitable organizations

Tools: Parish Commitment Initiative; Annual Stewardship Appeal; invitations to give time, talent, and treasure; facilitators for local charities; creation of a charity clearinghouse; catechesis on the laity
