Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Each day, we at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church serve with the heart of Jesus: celebrating the Sacraments, forming disciples, serving those in need, and building up the Kingdom of God. I would like to thank each one of you for your ministry and its profound impact on our parish family and the lives of those in our community. I am humbled by your generosity and faithfulness.
Since our last stewardship initiative, Transformed in Christ, here are just a few concrete ways your sacrificial gifts have changed lives:
- A Faith Formation Director was hired to develop disciples of Jesus who are committed to the authentic Catholic Tradition and Gospel values.
- We expanded our evangelization efforts and offered Alpha to 86 parishioners at no cost.
- We grew the presence and engagement of our communities by creating a Hispanic Formation Team and offered Bible studies and retreats in English and Spanish.
- Completed renovation projects to provide a more welcoming environment.
- A part-time Youth Minister was hired to empower the youth to strengthen their relationship with Jesus.
- Purchased a shuttle bus for parish and school use and a utility cart for church property.
