Renter will contact Sara for availability of the Parish Hall.
Once the availability of the PH is confirmed, Sara will take down renter’s name, phone number and verify if the Renter is registered with our parish & is a core member.
Sara will send a text message to the Minister in charge for that month the Renter’s name, phone number and if Renter is a core member or not.
The Minister in charge will be contacting the Renter to set a time and date to discuss the Rental Hall Terms of Agreement. Booking of the hall shall be completed at the Parish Office with Sara once the Hall Rental Terms of Agreement has been signed, the fees have been paid and receipts issued.
Rental Hall check will be deposited.
A Security Deposit of $150.00 must be paid in advance. Once the Minister in charge inspects the Parish Hall and has given a satisfactory report then the check will be returned within seven (7) days after the event. If inspection is not met the security deposit will be deposited.
